When technology meets health

7 years – this is how long it took in the 1980s for the accumulated medical knowledge to double, in 2010 within 75 days, and now it happens in just a few days (NEJM). This determines the need to use modern technologies, including artificial intelligence in health care, to organize, analyze data and draw conclusions to ultimately help medical staff properly manage such a wealth of knowledge. There are many applications of AI: from clinical and diagnostic, through improving the document circulation process, to helping improve patient compliance in dedicated APPs.

During the panel „When technology meets health – The future of health care” during the 2nd Edition of the CEE Innovation & Investment EXECUTIVE SUMMIT conference, together with Artur Białoszewski Executive SGH-WUM MBA in health care, Jakub Adamski from the Office of the Patient Ombudsman, Michal Rybak from LUX MED, and Diana Żochowska from BusinessDIGITALexpert, we wondered where there is currently a place for artificial intelligence and other modern technologies in improving patient well-being. Of course, as always, there was too little time, but we had the opportunity to share our experiences. There was also a place for me to present examples of BusinessDIGITALexpert implementations in this area.
